UFN 21 - Rob Emerson vs. Nik Lentz made official for North Carolina

A lightweight contest between former “Ultimate Fighter” reality star, Rob Emerson and promising up and comer, Nik Lentz has today been made official for the preliminary card of UFC Fight Night 21 on March 31st in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Emerson rebounded from a bad string of results to defeat Phillipe Nover via unanimous decision just last month. He holds a notable twelve second knockout win over “Ultimate Fighter” season five runner-up, Manny Gamburyan.

As for Lentz, he is undefeated in his last ten outings, defeating Rafaello Oliveira on his octagon debut before battling to a majority draw with Thiago Tavares last time out in January.

UFC Fight Night 21 is set to be headlined by a lightweight fight with possible title consequences as former number one contender, Kenny Florian takes on the last man to hold PRIDE 155 pound gold, Takanori Gomi.
