Jon Jones can’t wait to see St. Pierre “pick apart and destroy” Alves

There is no sitting on the fence for UFC light heavyweight star, Jon “Bones” Jones when it comes to the welterweight showdown at UFC 100 between Georges St. Pierre and Thiago Alves, saying he can’t wait to see St. Pierre destroy his the Brazilian challenger.

Speaking to MMAWeekly.com this week, Jones revealed:

“I'm so excited about GSP. I admire his work ethic and his championship mindset, and I can't wait to see him pick apart and destroy Alves.”

“I really try to look at what these guys are doing and what's working for them and try to be the next one of those guys.”

“I'm a big groupie of a lot of the bigger name fighters, still. I'm really excited that I get to be backstage with these guys, the same locker room as these guys, and I can't wait till my fight is over, and I can sit in the audience. Hopefully I'll have good tickets.”

St. Pierre will attempt to continue his impressive streak with a win over the most dangerous man in the 170 pound division, Brazilian wrecking machine, Thiago Alves.
