Bisping: “Tune in to see the first time ever Dan Henderson gets KO’ed”
UK middleweight star, Michael “The Count” Bisping has upped the ante ahead of his UFC 100 clash with former PRIDE veteran, Dan Henderson, promising to be the first man to knock the 38 year old out.
Speaking on the recent UFC 100 preview, Bisping said:
“He's got a vicious right hand with a lot of power in it -- he's knocked out a lot of guys. I think I'm going to be too quick for him. I don't think he's going to land that big shot. I don't see Dan Henderson -- no disrespect -- at 38 years of age, I think he's got to be slowing down a bit. I don't think he's going to catch me with it. ... Tune in to see the first time ever Dan Henderson gets knocked out.”
The two “Ultimate Fighter” coaches square off on the main card at UFC 100 with many questions likely to be answered about whether Bisping can become a legitimate contender at 185 pounds. It is thought that a win would grant him a shot at Anderson Silva’s crown over in the UK before the year is out.
