Nate Diaz signs a new multi-fight contract with the UFC
UFC lightweight contender, Nate Diaz has this week signed a new multi-fight contract with the Ultimate Fighting Championship, keeping him with the Las Vegas based promotion for at least the next couple of years.
The news was revealed by Dana White earlier today when he posted:
“Just wrapped up another deal with (Diaz) and (Cesar Gracie, the manager/trainer for Diaz). Deal done.”
Diaz has rocketed up the lightweight division ranks with impressive victories over the likes of Japanese superstar, Takanori Gomi and powerhouse wrestler, Jim Miller. He is expected to face the winner of this weekends UFC 150 title clash around the turn of the year.
