Bellator 72 to stream live in the UK for free as Paul “Semtex” Daley makes his debut

July 18, 2012 All MMA News, Bellator FC  Comments

Bellator have announced today that their Bellator 72 card this Friday night in Tampa, Florida will air live and for free in the UK on SPIKE.com as British welterweight heavy hitter, Paul “Semtex” Daley makes his promotional debut against Rudy Bears.

Bellator CEO, Bjorn Rebney said:

“Our UK fans have been incredibly patient with us we’ve worked to get Bellator distributed throughout the UK each and every week. The single most asked question I get on line and via twitter is ‘how can I watch Bellator live in the UK?’ Well, this isn’t the long term answer, but with Semtex making his Bellator debut this week, I worked with our partners at Spike to secure the Spike.com stream live to the UK from the first streamed fight all the way through the entire televised card. Friday should be a great, great night of fights and I’m happy our awesome fans in the UK will have the chance to see it”

Daley himself added on the same press release:

“I have a lot of fans in the UK that were desperate to see this fight, so when I got the news of Bellator on in the UK, I was thrilled to hear it. I’m sure there are going to be a lot of people arranging fight night parties and things like that, and it’s just great that I know everyone has a chance to watch me in my Bellator debut.”

In addition to Daley’s debut the season six welterweight tournament will culminate as Bryan Baker takes on Karl Amoussou in the main event of the evening, the semi-finals of the Summer Series light heavyweight tournament and the trilogy fight between Marius Zaromskis and Waachiim Spiritwolf.

Buying Supplements for MMA Training and Hardcore Workouts
Many people ask what type of supplements they should use for MMA training and hardcore workouts. With each person and training program the supplements will vary.  Anyone exerting enormous amounts of energy with their training needs to have a proper diet, lots of rest and quality supplementation. Some of the supplement staples for MMA and hardcore workouts will include Creatine, Whey Protein, BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids), L Carnitine, Beta Alanine and Glutamine.  You may also need extra pre-workout energy and strength with Ephedrine/Ephedra and Prohormones.  As well you will need to replenish nutrients with Multivitamins, Super Greens, Fish Oil and Joint Support Supplements. Make sure to research what the requirements are for your specific training program, and do as much research as possible on each supplement you are taking. Buy supplements at a trusted source - one company we recommend for quality products and service is CenturySupplements.com.  They have quick delivery to the UK and a wide selection.
