June 1, 2012 All MMA News, UFC  Comments

UFC welterweight veteran, Martin Kampmann did it again tonight on “The Ultimate Fighter Live” finale in Las Vegas, Nevada, surviving an early onslaught by Jake Ellenberger in the first round only to rally in the second and walk away with a TKO victory for his efforts.

Slow start from both men before Ellenberger wades in. Ellenberger connects with a big left hook and he drops Kampmann. “The Juggernaut” looks to finish but Kampmann covers up and gets his senses back. Ellenberger is in the guard of Kampmann looking to pull the Dane’s hips away from the fence. Ellenberger is doing just enough so far to avoid the stand-up as he has Kampmann pinned up against the fence. Kampmann starts to look for the guillotine off his back as Ellenberger ties up his legs. Kampmann gets back to his feet and the two men exchange knees from the clinch. Kampmann looks for a takedown up against the fence. MMABay scores the round 10-9 Ellenberger.

Low kick from Ellenberger. Kampmann counters nicely with the hands and the two exchange. Big bombs fired from Ellenberger again as the Dane is busted up and wobbly. Kampmann counters again nicely as Ellenberger gets wild. Ellenberger looks a little wobbly himself after eating a shot. The two men clinch and Kampmann delivers a couple of big knees that drop Ellenberger. A few hammer-fists and the referee stops it.

Buying Supplements for MMA Training and Hardcore Workouts
Many people ask what type of supplements they should use for MMA training and hardcore workouts. With each person and training program the supplements will vary.  Anyone exerting enormous amounts of energy with their training needs to have a proper diet, lots of rest and quality supplementation. Some of the supplement staples for MMA and hardcore workouts will include Creatine, Whey Protein, BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids), L Carnitine, Beta Alanine and Glutamine.  You may also need extra pre-workout energy and strength with Ephedrine/Ephedra and Prohormones.  As well you will need to replenish nutrients with Multivitamins, Super Greens, Fish Oil and Joint Support Supplements. Make sure to research what the requirements are for your specific training program, and do as much research as possible on each supplement you are taking. Buy supplements at a trusted source - one company we recommend for quality products and service is CenturySupplements.com.  They have quick delivery to the UK and a wide selection. They have been around for along time and have had great reviews from our customers.
