UFN 25 – Daniel Roberts out, Mike Stumpf in for TJ Waldburger this weekend in New Orleans
A late change to this weekends UFC Fight Night 25 card has been revealed today as Cesar Gracie trained welterweight, Daniel Roberts has suffered an injury and has been replaced by promotional newcomer, Mike Stumpf in his fight with TJ Waldburger.
The news was confirmed to BJPenn.com earlier today but no reason was given for the injury.
Stumpf returned to the mixed martial arts world after almost three years away when he picked up a win on an XFO show. He fought back in the day under the ExliteXC banner and is currently 11-2 as a professional.
Waldburger will be looking to add to his four wins in his last five outings. He last fought at UFC Fight Night 24 where he came up short against Johny Hendricks. Stay tuned to MMABay for more build-up to this one as we get it.
