TUF 14 – Jason “Mayhem” Miller offers to step in for Chael Sonnen and stir the pot opposite Michael Bisping

April 6, 2011 All MMA News, UFC  Comments

Former Strikeforce middleweight title contender, Jason “Mayhem” Miller has offered to step into the breach on the next season of “The Ultimate Fighter” if his friend and training partner, Chael Sonnen can’t make the show, something that would put him in direct opposition to Michael Bisping if it was to come off.

Posting via his Twitter page, Miller said:

“@DanaWhite Chael can’t make it to the party? I’d happily be the American Hero. Put me on TUF, watch the ratings explode.”

Many fans see Bisping and Sonnen as the perfect pair to help boost ratings on the hit reality show but a number of issues surrounding Sonnen will likely stop this ever coming to fruition. The chances of Miller filling in for him are slim at best meaning the  promotion may have their work cut out coming up with a suitable pair.

Buying Supplements for MMA Training and Hardcore Workouts
Many people ask what type of supplements they should use for MMA training and hardcore workouts. With each person and training program the supplements will vary.  Anyone exerting enormous amounts of energy with their training needs to have a proper diet, lots of rest and quality supplementation. Some of the supplement staples for MMA and hardcore workouts will include Creatine, Whey Protein, BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids), L Carnitine, Beta Alanine and Glutamine.  You may also need extra pre-workout energy and strength with Ephedrine/Ephedra and Prohormones.  As well you will need to replenish nutrients with Multivitamins, Super Greens, Fish Oil and Joint Support Supplements. Make sure to research what the requirements are for your specific training program, and do as much research as possible on each supplement you are taking.
