Strikeforce target August 21st show at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas

The California based Strikeforce promotion look set to hold an event at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, an event that will likely see newly crowned light heavyweight champion, “King Mo” Lawal defend his title.

According to Heavy.com source close to the event revealed the news earlier today, as well as revealing tickets will go on sale on July 10th.

The event could also see a middleweight tournament begin involving the likes of Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza and Robbie Lawler (should he win tonight), if current champion, Jake Shields departs for the UFC.
