Mostapha Al-Turk becomes the latest fighter to be cut from the UFC roster

British heavyweight MMA fighter, Mostapha Al-Turk has become the latest fighter to be axed from the UFC roster following a string of bad results, culminating in his latest loss at UFC 112 against John Madsen.

Al-Turk, a former Cage Rage champion, had been thrown to the wolves in his first two fights, losing to top rated duo, Cheick Kongo and Mirko Cro Cop in the very first rounds.

He follows the likes of Matt Veach, Rob Emerson, Fabricio Camoes and Brad Blackburn out the ever revolving door that is the UFC roster. Stay tuned to MMABay in the coming days for, dare I say it, more cuts as we get them.
